1. Services

On Demand Emissions provides mobile vehicle emissions testing services in Cache County, Utah. Our technicians travel to your location to perform state-certified testing.

2. Booking and Appointments

  • Booking requests submitted through our website are requests, not confirmed appointments until we contact you to confirm.
  • We will contact you within one business day to confirm your appointment.
  • You must provide accurate information including your address, vehicle details, and contact information.
  • You must be available or have someone available at the scheduled time and location.

3. Service Location Requirements

For us to perform the emissions test, you must provide:

  • Safe, accessible location for the vehicle (driveway, parking lot, etc.)
  • Vehicle keys (the vehicle must be running for the test)
  • Access to open the hood for visual inspection

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices displayed on our website are current at time of posting and may change.
  • Payment is due at time of service.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
  • You are responsible for paying for the test regardless of pass or fail results.

5. Test Results

  • We perform emissions tests according to Utah state requirements.
  • Passing or failing results are determined by state standards, not by On Demand Emissions.
  • We upload passing results directly to the Utah DMV.
  • Failed tests require vehicle repairs before retesting.

6. Cancellations

  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • We appreciate at least 2 hours notice for cancellations.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in required prepayment for future bookings.

7. Limitations of Liability

On Demand Emissions is not responsible for:

  • Vehicle repairs needed due to failed emissions tests
  • Any pre-existing vehicle conditions
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Consequences of failing to register your vehicle on time

8. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to interfere with the website's operation
  • Use automated systems to access the website
  • Violate any applicable laws

9. Service Area

We currently serve Cache County, Utah. Service to addresses outside this area is at our discretion and may incur additional fees.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cache County, Utah.
